Our fundraising dinner 2009 was held at Quaglinos Restaurant in London where 350 guests were entertained by the Tenors Un Limited while enjoying a delicious meal. The actress Tracey-Ann Oberman spoke of her family friendship with the founder of the Mothers & Daughters Committee Celia Abrahams.

Our guests took part in an exciting silent auction with some amazing prices including holidays to the Maldives and Nevis as well as some really fun prizes such as Semi-Final X Factor tickets, a behind the scenes tour of Sky News and a meet-and-greet with Cheryl Cole! The event was an enormous success and raised an amazing £330,000.

We have since learned that the money we raised will be paying for a second new trial from which many more cancer sufferers will benefit greatly.
